TOPIC ONE
Building Connection with Below the Surface
Want to kick your conference off on a high note? Start the day with a group session of "Below the Surface." It’s all about listening, connecting, and getting to know the people around you.

We'll tie this session into your conference theme, making the day a fun and meaningful experience. Everyone gets to chime in, share their thoughts, ask questions, and get connected with others in the room.

In just 45 minutes, we’re not just breaking the ice but smashing it to pieces. It's all about sparking real conversations and making connections that’ll keep the energy up throughout the conference and maybe even start friendships that’ll last way beyond it.

Your attendees will walk away having:

-
Made connections with participants they didn’t know.
-
Shared life experiences that are important to them.
-
Learned interesting details about people they may never have naturally engaged with.
-
Increased their levels of comfort and engagement.

Carly was insightful, and fun, and pushed us to get outside our comfort zone. Our session was first thing in the morning after a big celebration, but the enthusiasm she brought was catching. She customized the content for our association, and everyone had a great time. In hindsight, we should have had her as a speaker at the beginning of the conference as many were disappointed that they missed her.

TOPIC TWO:
Effective Communication – Communication Styles
People fundamentally differ in thinking, acting, feeling, perceiving, and responding. These differences can be categorised into four basic and easily recognisable personality styles. A personality style will dictate a communication style.
Most of us, to some extent, operate in all four domains, yet each of us is oriented to one dominant style that indicates our behaviour preferences. That one style greatly influences how you build relationships, get things done, learn, what you avoid, how you react to other people and circumstances, and how you use your skills and abilities.
Delivered in a highly interactive, practical, and fun 90-minute workshop style session, your attendees will discover their dominant communication style, its strengths and challenges, and learn about the other styles and the value they bring.

TOPIC THREE:
Developing a success mindset
Your mindset isn’t just a collection of thoughts; it’s a unique lens that colours your world, defining your interpretation of self, others, and circumstances around you. It’s the silent orchestrator of your reactions, emotions, and behaviours in every situation. Yet, it can be a double-edged sword, propelling you towards success or tethering you to mediocrity based on its composition. Your definition of success is personal and multidimensional, and your mindset could be the unseen force inching you closer to it or holding you at bay.

In this 40-minute interactive session, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about:

The origin of your communication:
-
Look back at how you've learned to talk and interact with others. It mixes your experiences, where you come from, and what you've been taught. Let us understand how all these have shaped the unique way you communicate.

The power of your internal dialogue:
-
Get to know the little voice inside your head better. It talks a lot, right? Sometimes, it's your cheerleader, and at other times, it could use a bit of pep talk. Discover how this inner chat shapes how you feel about yourself and how you face different situations.

Ways to cultivate a success mindset:
-
Let’s find some simple, doable ways to help tune your mind towards achieving what you want. It's about seeing the tough times as steps to grow and keeping a positive, go-getter attitude.

Your attendees will walk away:

-
Having a greater understanding of their inner coach and critic's impact.
-
With a better understanding of how their internal dialogue impacts confidence.
-
With tools and strategies to put in place and to be more at choice in their life and make a positive impact.
